Call for Abstracts
PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS
Proposals for papers on the roles and future of airports within the built environment are now welcome. This proposal shall contain:
- the title of paper;
- most relevant conference theme;
- author’s name, affiliation and contact details; and
- an abstract of no more than 500 words outlining the purpose of the paper, method; results; and contribution to literature/theory/practice.
Please follow the template provided below. All abstracts will be included in the conference Handbook available at registration. For those authors wishing to submit a full paper for peer review, a double blind peer review process is offered. Please indicate on the form if you wish to choose this option. All peer reviewed papers will be published in a conference proceedings.

Abstracts due: 26 July 2010
Notification of acceptance of Abstracts: 1 November 2010
Authors notified of outcome of refereeing process: 6 December 2010
Early registration ends: 20 December 2010
Pre-conference field trip and Welcome Reception / Registration: Tuesday 8 February 2011
Conference starts: Wednesday 9 February 2011
The Abstract should comprise three paragraphs (Title; Authors; and Abstract), laid out as in the following example. Please follow the guidelines below. For oral presentation please underline the presenting author.
